“The chef” originally called “C’est pas parce que je traine en cuisine que je vais te faire à manger” (en: Just because I hang out in the kitchen doesn't mean I'm going to cook for you) is a satirical take on the well-known - and widely hated - expression ”women belong in the kitchen." This artwork is an ode to the new generation, determined to overturn conventions and shake up established rules.
